Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped out on MONDAYS and TUESDAYS.

Due to animal safety and oxygen limitations, each box has a maximum capacity. If your order happens to exceed this limit, additional shipping charges may apply.

We reserve the right to adjust packing to ensure safe transit. We will contact you if additional shipping is required before dispatching your order. (May cause delays in shipping)

We reserve the right to delay shipping orders if weather conditions are not optimal for our livestock to survive in (extreme heat or cold weather, natural disasters, etc.).
