  1. Tank Size: Provide a tank of at least 20 gallons for a pair of Kribensis Cichlids. They can be kept in smaller tanks, but a larger tank offers more space.

  2. Water Parameters: Maintain stable conditions with a temperature range of 75-82°F (24-28°C), a pH level of 6.0-7.5, and soft to moderately hard water.

  3. Filtration: Use efficient filtration to ensure excellent water quality and oxygenation. Regular water changes are important to maintain good water conditions.

  4. Aquascape: Decorate the tank with rocks, caves, driftwood, and live plants. Kribensis Cichlids appreciate hiding spots and shaded areas.

  5. Tank Mates: They are relatively peaceful but can be territorial, especially during breeding. Choose tankmates carefully, and avoid aggressive or fin-nipping species.

  6. Diet: Kribensis Cichlids are omnivores. Offer a diet of high-quality cichlid pellets, live or frozen foods like brine shrimp, bloodworms, and vegetable matter.
