  3. Filtration: Use a powerful filter to maintain water quality and provide good water circulation. Clown Knifefish are sensitive to poor water conditions.

  4. Decor: Create an environment with hiding spots, rocks, and a substrate of fine sand. They appreciate places to hide during the day.

  5. Diet: They are carnivorous. Feed them a diet consisting of high-quality pellets, live or frozen foods like fish, shrimp, and other meaty offerings.

  6. Tank Mates: Clown Knifefish are generally best kept in a species-only setup due to their predatory nature. Avoid housing them with smaller fish that they may see as prey.
